The sensor pin 3 can be moved in the axial direction, and the relative position between the torch main body 1 and sensor pin 3 can be detected by a differential transformer 4 at the upper end or a limit switch. When on in use, on the other hand, the engaging part 5 of the pin upper end is engaged with a key hole 6 of the torch main body 1 so as to be retractable.
