CONSTITUTION: The earphone 7 is connected with an IC card 1 and a stored content to be confirmed is selected by means of a data selector 5 while the voice output of a voice synthesizing circuit 16 which is a voice synthesizing means is listened. The selected stored content is processed by a microprocessor 11 constituting an arithmetic processing and controlling means and its data structure is referred by a data structure referring circuit 20 which is a data structure referring means from a data memory 14 which is a storing means through an interface section 13. Then the content is converted into voice data corresponding to a fixed data structure by a data converting circuit 21 which is a data converting means and further converted into voice signals through the voice synthesizing circuit 16. The voice signals are outputted to the earphone 7 through a connecting section 6 which is a connecting means. Therefore, the stored content can be confirmed by voices and the privacy of the content can be secured against a third person.
