Thus, the seasonings, edible natural pigments, etc. may be absorbed very readily in the interior of the KONJAK. Furthermore, the various seasonings, pigments, etc. once absorbed in the interior of the KONJAK by this method will flow scarcely out of the interior of the KONJAK. The sucrose ester of the fatty acid is recognized to be effective for preventing the multiplication of a certain kind of germs, e.g. flat sour microorganisms, and is a good additive very suitable for treating the KONJAK.
