CONSTITUTION: A mixture raw material consisting of 50W80pts.wt. "konjak" flour, 15W40pts.wt. gelatinized glutinous rice flour and 5W10pts.wt. wheat flour is stirred while adding hot water at 70W90°C thereto, and allowed to stand for several hours. A coagulating agent, e.g. about 10% calcium hydroxide or sodium carbonate, is added to the mixture and kneaded with stirring to give a coagulated "konjak" jelly, which is then cut, immersed in hot water at 80W90°C, and introduced into a container containing a seasoning solution, e.g. fruit syrup, soup or bean jam solution, in an amount of about one pt.wt. based on 1.5W2pts.wt. coagulated "konjak" jelly and sealed. The sealed container is then heat-treated at 80W90°C for about 30W45min and then cooled at 15W20°C for about 30W45min.
