说明书全文

The invention refers to a system for executing two-floor houses that can be disassembled, in heavy structure, consisting of several dwelling unities in battery disposition, which essentially employs, in composition, a 3-dimensional monolithic element in reinforced concrete, for any unity, and two-dimension elements can be connected with mechanical junction for the building completion.

In the emergency intervention, such as for instance a disastered zones, at presente pre-built houses are employed in either light or heavy struc tures. The former ones cause several inconveniences, like the poor acu- stic abatement, the necessity of periodical maintenance and restoration. of the parts. The second type of structures, i.e. the heavy ones, permit the satisfactory solution fo the dwelling problem, but they require high plant costs in connection with the store space necessary for the elements and relevant encumbering volumes during transport and setting to work. These inconveniences are due to the circumstances that the present disassemblable buildings of heavy type in either horizontal or vertical can position employ 3-dimension elements in reinforced concrete.

The invented system permits a reduction of the production costs by employing of a new conception system of composition on plantband, consisting of a system of parallels beam on the ground interesting the whole building, and at first the mounting in central position is foreseen, for each dwelling unit, of only one 3-dimension component for two floors in reinforced concrete, to which 2-dimension parts can be mechanically connected for the building completion. In this way, the system replaces the present methods employing several 3-dimension elements in composition, with another method which uses only one 3-dimension component with monolitic conformation with full construction height, which -operates as column support for the remaining 2-dimension completion parts of each dwelling unit and, therefore, of the whole building which as such are easily displaceable and can be positioned in a smaller space than the one required by the 3- dimension components of the present proceedings. The said 3- dimension assembly includes the mechanical, hydro-sanitary and heating plants for the whole dwelling unit and employs two W.C. roans, one for each floor, and the connection stairs. The base electrical plant is foreseen too, which can be connected with the remaining electrical components set in advance in the two-dimension elements. These ones are carried out fully complete and trimmed at the origin and do not require any completing intervention on the construction yard. The conducts of the electrical plant with the relevant cables are foreseen too, the painting and the lining parts of the ground floor. These two-dimension parts are panels that can be obtained by means of either normal or cellular concrete casting in metal boxes to carry out by solidarization, on the two rim borders of a perimetral metal profile (C65), of electrically welded net walls.

Execution forms are illustrated, for indicative purpose only and, as such, not limiting the system, in the drawings of Tables 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Table 1, Fig. 1 illustrates the dwelling unit in transversal section. The two structures mounted on beams on the floor can be noted in side viewn the two structures of the groung floor consisting of three 2- dimen sion elements, on the inside walls of which the three-dimension element is fitted: the other two-dimension ones have been connected to it for completion. In table 7, Fig. 13 is the axonometric view of the initial condition of mounting of the four 3-dimension elements which can be partially observed on the beams in crossed disposition on the ground. The panels forming a pitch can be noted too, supported by the 3-dimension element and by the inside vertical panels.

For setting to work, the the trapezoidal section beams are laid in parallel on the ground and, orthogonally on them, the prestressed two-dimension elements (A) in reversible conformation determining the two floor structure of the ground floor. The flat parti lA with separation part 2a and leaning vertical ones 3a are foreseen on beams 1. The couple disposition for each dwelling unity of the floor structures allows the support on linear sides of imposition of the 3-dimension element and the formation of the intermediate separation conduct 2 in which the drains are positioned. The said linear walls 4a permit beside the central imposition of the 3-di mension element (B) with its base lb, also the outer positioning of the vertical elements forming the front walls. On each panel (D), the floor panels (I) are monted and integrated through connection (H). The two said horizontal structures are connected to block (B) by means of devices (G). On panels (I) forming the floor of the first floor, vertical separation panels (M) are fitted connected to panel (D) through devices (H) and to part (B) by means of devices (F). The covering can be obtained with four panels (N) formed by planes In and strainghtening ribs 2n. Elements (N) are connected both with panels (M) and with block (B) by means of junction fo type (G). On one of the ends, a vertical panel (R) is positioned in full height connected with panels (D), (M), floor (N) and floor (C) of the first floor. Between the floors of the first floor, junction (S) is foreseen. Between block (B) and panel (C) of the first floor, junction (T) is positioned. Bush lt is integral with the rim of block (B). Angle metal bar 2t is integral with floor panel (C). Bolt 3t integrates panel (C) to block (B) by screwing bush lt. Device (H) foresees a wedge lh integral with a bush 2h in which threaded bar 3h is screwed with integral nut 4h. Wedge lh is engaged in a slot 5h present in projecting plate 6h of panel (D) . The wedge is blocked by screwing 4h. Junction (E) connects the vertical panels (D) to the elements (A) the ground floor in consisting of. It employs the box part le open on one side in which bolt 2e is fitted with anchor head by means of part 3e for thickening and which beats against rim profile of panel (D) by screwing bolt 4e. Connector (G) employs threaded bush lg which is integral with the metal rim of panel (D). In particular metal pipe 2g is integral with the vertical face panel (P). Bolt 3g assembles panel (D) to panel (P) by screwing. Connector (S) is foreseen with metal plate ls which is integral with floor panel (I). Metal plate 2a integrates two floor panels (I) fitted adjacent to each other by means of nut 3s screwed on bolt 4s integral with plate ls. Block (B) or another monolithic structure of different kind and shape can be employed more generically to consitute the structure with supporting column of prefabrication systems of different king and shape for mounting the dwelling unity, employing only three-dimension component on which two-dimension structures are to be mounted as canletion.

Practically, the shape of the 3-dimension supporting structure and the inclusion of the service canals as well as the services themselves can be carried out in different ways and replaced with another apt to perform the changing requirements of employ, similarly as the form and composition fo the completing two-dimension elements. The number of the dwelling unities composing the battery may change; the materials are subject to complete change;if desired, with others of known type.
