In the case where the oil in the fuel tank of a vehicle is detected to be the gas-oil, the above-mentioned control device 13 judges whither or not an attendant for the filling starts on the filling by turning a nozzle-operating switch on and when the start of the filling is confirmed, drives a gas-oil supply pump 7 with a solenoid valve 6 for the gas-oil opened.
