By the continuous circulation of the insulating oil 3, the contact time between a transmission film 2 and new oil 3 is elongated thereby stagnating the oil gas in the film 2 while the other valve 9 is opened after the lapse of specific time so that the gas in the film 2 may be led out either by a sensor or a chromatograph for the constituent analysis. Due to the one body structure of the film 2 and a pot of oil 3, the piping for communicating the oil 3 with transformer main body or the connection of oil 3 with the main body by hoses will suffice for the circulation. Furthermore, the title oil gas extractor can be isolated from the transformer main body so that the temperature in the gas extractor may be specified while the change in the gas extraction ratio of the film 2 due to the change in temperature may be easily minimized.
