CONSTITUTION: Annular volume 6 is provided at the edge of an outer covering liner 4 in an adaptor 2 of a conduit 1. The edge of a core material cord is led into this volume 6. The volume 6 is communicated with the internal wall of the adaptor 2 through an orifice 7a and also communicated with a storage part 7 fitted with a valve 8 inside. A short pipe 9 is provided to connect the valve 8 to the edge 10 of an annular zone between the outer covering liner 4 and the outermost layer of internal structure 5 of the flexible conduit 1.
