The heat from the heat source 7 is irradiated to the pattern 2 through this through-hole 6. Hence, adverse influence of deforming the building plate 1 made of thermoplastic synthetic resins through heat irradiation is not given. In addition, the heat from the heat source 7 is reflected by the heat reflection plate 4 so that the heat shilding body 5 is prevented from becoming high temperature and the more accurate irradiation by bringing the heat shielding plate closer to the building plate 1 is made possible.
