CONSTITUTION: The spheroidized cement, ≥60wt.% of which has 3.9 to 30μm diameter is produced by a method of supplying the fine particles of the cement clinker led out of the finishing mill of a process for producing cement by conventional methods to an annular collision chamber 7 of an in-high-velocity-gaseous- flow impact device and grinding these particles to spheroidize the particles or other methods. The cured matter of the spheroidized cement is then produced by kneading this spheroidized cement, the aggregate (e.g. sand) and the water and curing and hardening the kneaded mixture. The spheroidized cement exhibits a bearing effect and imparts excellent flowability to the kneaded mixture; therefore, the molding by pouring is easy and this cement is particularly adequate for self-leveling concrete.
