Then smooth block posts 4, with positioning studs 6 protrudingly provided thereon, are bonded, at necessary intervals, to the surface of the smooth bearing surface 3. After installing ring-shaped, soft shock-absorbing materials 7 over the surfaces of the smooth block posts 4, flat-board panels 8 with arc-shaped notches, fitting against the studs 6 provided at the corners are placed on the block posts 4 one after another and a paneled floor is constructed thereby.
