3 time, and correcting the coloring condition of the film 3. After lapse of the τ
3 time, the switch S
5 closes and again the display electrode potential is supervised by the voltage comparator. Even at the time of decoloring, the display electrode potential is similarly corrected to the decoloring condition reference potential or under.
