Then, cut seedling pieces, etc., are laid on the medium by a device consisting of a conveyor for taking up the cut seedling pieces, etc., and laying on the medium in the test tubes and a device for attaching caps 33 to the test tubes 3. Consequently, injection and laying operation are automatically and efficiently carried out in a sterile state.
