The culture starting the formation of the stems and leaves is then fed through a pipe 5 to a culture tissue preparation device 2 to aseptically carry out grading and separation of the culture having a prescribed size and separation of the liquid culture medium. The graded culture, together with a fresh culture solution, is subsequently fed through the pipe 5 to an immature aseptic culture device 3. Aseptic culture is performed on a support material 31, such as polyurethane, having hydrophilicity and air permeability by a method similar to water culture therein to grow cultured microorganisms of photoautotrophs.
