The PN code array is processed in exclusive "OR" 3 in correspondence with the command code, modulated in modulator 4 and transmitted by transmitter 5. The up-link signal is received and relayed by the transponder equipped in a artificial satellite and is transmitted again. Therefore, the PN code becomes 1/100 of the usual one and the process is completely finished within about 1 sec. In addition, S/N of the circuit is not decreased by the signal for measurement of distances.
