A valve 11 is opened while the inside of an inert-gas supply combining decompressing pipe 17 and the inside of the outer circumferential layer 1 are communicated by a three-way valve 12, and the inside of the outer circumferential layer 1 is replaced with an inert gas. The valve 11 is closed, the decompressing pipe 17 is connected to a vacuum pump, etc., and the inside of the outer circumferential layer 1 is decompressed. The outer circumferential layer 1 is heated at a fixed temperature such as 40-100°C, and the inside of the outer circumferential layer 1 is supplied with a previously prepared stock solution for shaping a polymer through a supply pipe 16 by opening the three-way valve 12. The stock solution is cured in the outer circumferential layer 1, and a composite member 10 in which a fiber-reinforced core body layer 3 composed of the polymer is fast stuck to the outer circumferential layer 1 and monolithic-molded is acquired.
