A method is provided that includes pattern-matching portions of a block diagram model as being equivalent, and creation of a common set of instructions in place of the occurrences of the pattern-matched portions to enhance the efficiency of simulation or generated code for the block diagram model, such as by a reduced image size. Diagnostics are also available to provide information on the execution structure of the block diagram and guidance on how to modify block of the block diagram to obtain reduced image size by increasing the amount of matching patterns. Also, automatically generated hierarchical structures, a tool to control the function signature and the ability for a user to control file packaging which all provide flexible control over the generated code for block diagrams, are provided.

A frameless picture mount is formed of a series of flat, planar elements adhesively laminated together to form the complete assembly. A laminated backing board comprising a foam core sandwiched between opposed sheets of coated paper is used as a base for the assembly, with a flat, planar display article (photograph, picture, etc.) adhesively secured to the front of the backing board by a series of double sided adhesive tape strips. The display article is protected by a clear plastic laminating sheet which is adhesively sealed to the front of the article. A second such sheet may be used to seal the article completely between the two laminating sheets, to preclude migration of acids and/or chemicals between the display article and the papers or materials of the remainder of the assembly.

CONSTITUTION: This system is equipped with the analytic table 17 which is stored with graphic patterns of system constitution elements and reference by the analyzing means 12, the 1st calculating means 13 which calculates the size of a graphic form so that a system configuration graphic is all drawn on an output form of size specified previously according to analyzed information, the 2nd calculating means 14 which calculates the position where the graphic is outputted on the output form, and the editing means 15 which edits the calculation results into graphic output information. System constitution element information is inputted and then the system block diagram is outputted on the output form with the best element graphic size simultaneously with the system constitution element alteration. 본발명은블록다이어그램과 PLC 시뮬레이터를이용한가상플랜트시뮬레이터및 이를이용한시뮬레이터실행방법에관한것으로서, 보다구체적으로는, 가상플랜트시뮬레이터로서, 자동화된입출력장치들의동적인응답로직을모델링하여제어하는 PLC 시뮬레이터(100); 상기 PLC 시뮬레이터(100)에서생성된제어신호를전달받는제어신호전달모듈(200); 및상기자동화된입출력장치들을포함하는가상플랜트를 3차원적으로모사하는 3D 에뮬레이터(300)를포함하되, 상기제어신호전달모듈(200)은, 상기제어신호와 3차원모델파트의상관관계를블록다이어그램으로나타내도록구성되는것을그 구성상의특징으로한다. 본발명에서제안하고있는블록다이어그램과 PLC 시뮬레이터를이용한가상플랜트시뮬레이터및 이를이용한시뮬레이터실행방법에따르면, 가상플랜트시뮬레이터가, 자동화된입출력장치들의동적인응답로직을모델링하여제어하는 PLC 시뮬레이터와, PLC 시뮬레이터에서생성된제어신호를전달받는제어신호전달모듈과, 자동화된입출력장치들을포함하는가상플랜트를 3차원적으로모사하는 3D 에뮬레이터를포함하되, 제어신호전달모듈이 PLC의제어신호와 3차원모델파트의상관관계를블록다이어그램으로나타냄으로써, 블록기반으로시스템을모델링하여사용자편집이용이한 UI를제공할수 있으며, 신호처리, 미분방정식, 자동제어, 인공지능, 패턴매칭등의복잡한알고리즘및 수치해석을용이하게수행할수 있으며그에따라가상플랜트모델을위한다양한모델링및 시뮬레이션을구현할수 있다.

본 발명은 활성 리세스(recess) 채널 트랜지스터의 셀 블록 게이트 패턴에 관한 것으로, 활성 영역과 필드 영역으로 구분되는 반도체 기판에 바(bar) 형태로 배열된 다수개의 주 게이트(gate) 패턴들과 상기 주 게이트 패턴들의 최외각에 다수의 슬릿에 의해 분할된 분할 더미 게이트 패턴들을 포함하며, 상기 분할 더미 게이트 패턴은 필드 영역 상에 형성되는 더미 게이트 패턴을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 리세스 채널 트랜지스터의 셀 블록 게이트 패턴 및 그 형성방법을 제공하는 것이다. 이에 따르면, 더미 게이트 패턴에서는 리세스를 형성하지 않으므로 폴리실리콘(poly-Si)을 증착할 때 그루브가 발생하는 것을 원천적으로 방지하고, 나아가 더미 게이트 패턴에서의 게이트 텅스텐규화물(WSix) 쪼개짐 결함(fail)을 개선할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A system for creating a steel-frame drawing using structure data and an Auto CAD is provided to reduce drawing preparation time by creating a steel-frame engineering drawing as a CAD drawing automatically using a result of a structure interpretation program and to improve an accuracy and a quality of a drawing by referring to structure interpretation data as it is. CONSTITUTION: A data importing module(20) calls geometry information as to a structure constituted by a text file prepared from an SACS(11), an SAP2000(12), an STAADIII(13), and an MOSES(14) through a database. As an information database, a database(30) of a physical table and a database(31) of a query table are connected to the data importing module(20). The information database creates a three-dimensional implementation module(40) for forming a structure as a three dimensions and implementing a wanted section as a two dimensions and a drawing for supplying a structure access to a user for processing a single line and a solid rendering. The information database is connected to a drawing preparation module(50) which prepares a corresponding drawing as to a two-dimensional section selected by the user. The three-dimensional implementation module(40) is connected to an output of a printer(60) and the drawing preparation module(50) is connected to an Auto CAD drawing file(70) for preparing a result as an Auto CAD drawing.

【解決手段】配棟設定シート21に、敷地境界からの離間距離、住戸の間口、住戸の奥行、及び階段とエレベータの位置を含む基本データD1を入し、3次元CADにより、基本データD1に相当する建物の基本平面図3を表示し、基本平面図3は移動かつ引き伸ばしが可能であり、引き伸ばされた基本平面図3を、複数の住戸のうち中間に位置する住戸を増やした建物の修正平面図4に変換し、フレーム積木入力シート22bに、修正平面図4のスパン毎に階数と住戸タイプを入力し、フレーム積木図6を表示し、3次元CADにより、建物のブロック図7を表示する。

SOLUTION: A computer body 11 is constructed by including a block diagram producing part 15, a block diagram displaying part 17, block diagram data 16 and a data converting part 18. Simulation data 19 is produced by converting the block diagram data 16 with the data converting part 18. And, when an operator is changed into another operator, the operator before the change is left without eliminating it, a new operator is overlapped on it and arranged and the new operator is preferentially shown. Further, at the time of converting into the simulation data 19, only the displayed operator is converted between the overlapped and displayed operators and the unshown operator hidden behind the displayed operator is not converted.

Then the information on addition, deletion, exchange, etc., of lens members are supplied from a keyboard 1. In the case of the addition and the exchange, the lens system block data to be added and exchanged is read out of the data file. Thus a lens system block diagram is displayed together with the basic lens system block diagram displayed on the CRT 7. The processes for addition, deletion, exchange, etc., are confirmed and carried out through the keyboard 1.
