PURPOSE: Method for constructing a block mat and a unit member is provided to prevent drop of a ground, loss of chair stone by constructing the block mat on a surface of deduction ground, breakwater, revetment and around of basic portion in a structure. CONSTITUTION: A unit member(20D) comprises a protrusion, a recessed groove containing a buoyancy removing hole(27) and iron bar connect ring(30). An assembly gap(40) is mounted between side faces of the unit members by flatly arranging, and a shackle locks the iron connect ring in the assembly gap. A mat moves a shackle locking unit moves by having designed size and weight and the unit member basic reinforces a revetment structure. A block mat is fitly engaged to a shape of the ground by considering flux and speed of a current of install position in the unit member. The upper and lower block mats are stacked around a fundament and surface layer of a submerged structure to be geared recesses in a unit member. Thereby, the upper block mat covers end of the lower block mat to prevent drop of a ground, loss of chair stone.

PURPOSE: To automate the preparation of a computer program for indicating a function system by successively forming the state updating procedure and output updating procedure display of respective blocks and successively forming a state updating procedure different from the output uprating procedure for respective state blocks. CONSTITUTION: By processing characteristic display relating to respective plural function blocks 64, 68, 72, 74,... 88 and 90, the state updating procedure display and the output updating procedure display are formed for the respective blocks in a block diagram corresponding to a sequence. Then, the corresponding state updating procedure different from the output updating procedure for the respective state blocks 80 and 84 is included in the sequence for the respective state blocks 80 and 84. Thus, the computer program for indicating the block diagram is efficiently prepared. COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO
