| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain stabilized rotation of a tire under the condition that the tire is positioned by using a tire rotator consisting of a supporting roller vertical moving in relation to carrying-in and out conveyer and supporting the bottom of the tire, a stopper and driver roller to clamp, turn, and drive the tire, and plural follow rollers. CONSTITUTION:The tip end of a tire W fed by a carrying-in and out converyer 3 is rotationally driven. Stopper and drive rollers 4a and 4b are designed to appear or disappear while turning sidewards in relation to the feeding face of the tire W by the expanding and contracting actions of cylinders 6a and 6b. On the vertically movable frame 8, two support rollers 10 to support the bottom of the tirer W, two follow rollers 11a and 11b to be clamped with the rollers 4a and 4b while pressing the beat portion X of the tire W, and a guide roller 12 turning toward the direction of corossing the moving direction of the tire W are provided. The tire can thus be stably turned under the condition that the tire is positioned. | ||||||
