| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve workability in cleaning, inspecting, repairing, etc. of molds and to improve a cleaning effect in a horizontal split type molding machine for molds by spacing either of a top part or a bottom part by using supporting members and rotating the same by a desired angle. CONSTITUTION:While a bottom part 10 and a top part 12 are held superposed, the part 12 is hoisted by using a mold vertically moving cylinder 14 and is spaced from the part 10. A base plate 30 is moved to the position C and the base plate 32 of the mold rotating device in the position B is moved to the position A. The part 12 is lowered so that the projections 50 on both side surfaces of the mold 12 are supported turnably on stanchions 46 erected on the plate 32. When the latches of a top part holder 24 are removed and the plate 32 is moved to the position B, the part 12 disengages from the holder 24. This part 12 is rotated as desired for cleaning, inspection and repairing, after which the part is returned to the initial state in the reverse procedures and the molding work is carried out. | ||||||
