The invention relates to a method for producing an implant comprising at least one region having a surface structure, wherein, in a first step, indentations (4) are imprinted on the implant surface. In a second step, material between the indentations (4) is removed by mechanical processing, in particular by milling or turning, wherein rows of structural elements (6) separated from each other by the indentations (4) result. The invention further relates to an implant comprising at least one region having a surface structure that consists of structural elements (6) arranged in rows spaced apart from each other. According to the invention, the structural elements (6) are separated from each other by indentations (4), which are produced by material reshaping. The invention further relates to a device (10) for producing an articular cavity subassembly (18) having a structured surface. |
