| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To rapidly mount a tension spring with accuracy by permitting the captioned device to correct an inclination of a hook part of the tension spring by means of a detection limit member and then mount it on a mounting part. CONSTITUTION:Thrown many tension springs S into a supply hopper 11 with a rotary vibration dish 14 being actuated, the tension springs S are entangled with and separated from each other and discharged from a discharge part 11a. The tension springs S discharged as such are moved by means of a transfer mechanism 12, a hook part Sa of one end of which is brought into sliding contact with a guide plate 19, whereby it is corrected in transverse displacement thereof and positioned at a capture part by means of the set device 20. Thereafter, the tension spring 3 is captured and lifted by the set device 20, and in the course thereof the hook part Sa of the one end passes between front and rear guide walls 25a and 25b of a direction limit member 25 and transferred to a mounting position. | ||||||
