| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To fix automatically the spring coils inside a mattress one by one to the edge wires by operating the clip winders after de-energizing the drives by the controllers. CONSTITUTION: A supporter 14 for the springs 20 inside a mattress and for the edge wires 22, 24 is set up to support them by erecting at edges in a near straight-up position the springs 20 having the edge wires placed diagonally at the both sides. Further, in order to fix the edge wires 22, 24 to the springs 20 by the drives 80, 94, they 20 and 22, 24 are advanced along the supporter 14 toward the directions of clip winders 36, 54 neighboring to the supporter 14 for winding the clips over to the edge wires 22, 24 and to the spring 20 coils 20a. The controllers 106, 113 de-energize the drives 80, 94 one by one to move the clip winders 36, 54 to fix the spring 20 coils 20a one by one to the edge wires 22, 24 along the edges.
