| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To always execute a predrying process inside predrying bands more than one during secondary drying bands by letting bands for secondary drying and cooling more than two exist as bands for predrying. CONSTITUTION: The bands more than two for predrying and one band for secondary drying or cooling of malt are provided, and non-saturated air discharged from the secondary drying and/or cooling band is mixed as return air with an air in-take system. The respectively different numbers of times of predrying in the predrying bands are achieved corresponding to degrees to fill the inside of these bands with malt, the design on the surface of the floor, the control of volumetric flow, the temperature of in-taken air and the quantity of contained humidity so that the predrying process can be always executed in the predrying bands more than one during secondary drying in the secondary drying band.
