CONSTITUTION: An ionic crystallizing ceramic component is allowed to remain, for example, in an area which is acted upon by an electric field changing its direction alternately at high voltage of 30000V, for 8000 hours or longer. Consequently, the influence by the alternating effect settles and a secondary structural feature which is different from an initial structural feature is obtained. PURPOSE: To obtain an economical centrifugal compaction concrete and mortar by mixing fine grains into a centrifugal compaction concrete and mortar and increasing compression strength and/or decreasing an amount of binding material used. CONSTITUTION: A kneaded material which is a material for subjecting a cement secondary product consisting of concrete and cement to centrifugal compaction forming is prepared. Then inorganic or metallic fine grains having smaller gravity and/or specific gravity than those of belended binding material is blend ed into the kneaded material at a ratio of ≤ 200 kg/m 2, preferably about 60kg/m 2. The fine grains include e.g. fine grains of coal lime, blast furnace slag and fumed silica. Thus, compression strength of concrete is increased and/or an amount of binding material used is creased and a more economical centrifu gal compaction concrete and mortar are obtained by blending the above- mentioned fine grains into the centrifugal compaction concrete and mortar. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition for a curtain wall fire resistance light weight board contains: 100 parts by weight of mixture containing 10-40 parts by weight of cement, 10-40 parts by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder, 10-40 parts by weight of fly ash, and 25-70 parts by weight alkali silicate solution; 10-50 parts by weight of light weight fine powder; and 0.015-5.0 parts by weight of thickening agent. The average particle size of the light weight fine powder is less than 5 mm. The light weight fine powder is fine powder of one material selected from a group consisting of waste glass foamed boards, waste light weight foamed concrete, bottom ash, a light weight mixture, or a mixture thereof. A constitution method of an aluminum curtain wall comprises the following steps: attaching a metal lath and a perforated plate on the outside of the aluminum curtain wall; installing a joint metal portion (23) on the rear side of the aluminum curtain wall; coating the adhesive composition on the joint metal portion or the rear surface of the aluminum curtain wall; and attaching the fire resistance light weight board (11) or a light weight inorganic foamed board.
