I being, in the business of farm implement and tractor repair, have come to realize that sometimes repairing old equipment is difficult and more costly than just replacing with a new part or a complete implement. I found this particularly true with the cultipacker, after having several customers ask for repairs on old ones and having problems repairing them due to lack of reliable wheels. I decided to see if I could come up with a product to solve the problem. After about five years of research, trial and error I finally came up with what I consider an excellent solution to the problem The Carbon Steel Cultipacker Wheel. Since my invention of the wheel I have sold many steel wheel cultipackers and have happy customers. |

A ground shaping machine, particularly an agricultural machine, including a frame, at least one roller fitted with a flexible tire, a first bearing and a second bearing whereby the roller can rotate about a substantially horizontal axis in the working position, the first bearing and the second bearing being positioned one at each end of the roller. The frame has a first support and a second support, the first support at least being connected to the first bearing through a suspension device including a mechanism with an upper arm and a lower arm, both substantially horizontal and perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the roller, each of the upper and lower arms being connected by a joint to the first support, and to the first bearing, the mechanism forming a deformable quadrilateral, while the suspension device also have a substantially vertical resilient return member connected by a joint to the first support and to the first bearing. |

An agricultural implement having a rolling basket is disclosed. A stationary blade is disposed inside an inner chamber of the rolling basket and attached at ends of the rolling basket near the bearings that are connected to the rolling basket. The rolling basket rotates around its major axis via the bearings, while the blade is held stationary. The stationary blade has sleeves at the ends, and each of the sleeves is connected to a post of a support arm and locked into the posts via a pin. |

The invention relates to a ground shaping machine, particularly an agricultural machine, comprising a frame (3), at least one roller (11) fitted with a flexible tire (13), a first bearing (37) and a second bearing (37) whereby the roller (11) can rotate about a substantially horizontal axis (XX) in the working position, the first bearing (37) and the second bearing (37) being positioned one at each end of the roller (11). The frame (3) has a first support (7) and a second support (9), the first support (7) at least being connected to the first bearing (37) through suspension means including a mechanism with an upper arm (101) and a lower arm (121), both substantially horizontal and perpendicular to the axis (XX) of rotation of the roller (4), each of the upper (101) and lower (121) arms being connected by a joint (103, 105, 123, 125) to the first support (7) on the one hand, and to the first bearing (37) on the other hand, the mechanism forming a deformable quadrilateral, while the suspension means also have a substantially vertical resilient return member (141) connected by a joint (143, 145) to the first support (7) on the one hand and to the first bearing (37) on the other hand. |

In an implementation, a roller system is provided. The roller system includes a modular frame. The frame includes a plurality of weight component attachment points. Each weight component attachment point is adapted to receive one or more weight components such that a weight of the frame and location of a center of gravity of the frame is adjusted by the addition of one or more weight components to each of the plurality of weight component attachment points. The frame further includes at least one arm assembly adapted to connect to the frame, and to apply force to a surface, wherein the force applied to the surface is proportional to the weight of the frame and the location of the center of gravity of the frame. |

A tire for rollers, particularly vibrating rollers, designed for compacting soil, which has a cover made of even sections. The cover sections have the shape of a triangle or trapezium. Adjoining sections each share a side of a triangle or trapezium of the same length and are arranged in such a way that on the face of the tire, running in the direction of its circumference, the point of a triangle of a preceding cover section is followed alternately by the side of the triangle, situated opposite the corresponding point of a triangle, of the adjoining section. |
