CONSTITUTION:When pins 2, 3 are moved from their opening conditions to their closing conditions, a rack 8 is sent down by rotating a pinion 10, at the same time, part of the inside pin 2 is sent down and protruded in a flow feeding pipe 1 together with a side plate 6, and when the side plate 6 is sent down to a certain position, the lower side of the side plate 6 hits a stopper ring 15a which is fixed on the outside pin 3, then the further descent will stop at the position where the tips of the pins 2, 3 contact the inner wall of the flow feeding pipe 1 while the cooperated pins 2, 3 are sent down to the lower limit position in which the lower side of the side plate 6 comes in the close vicinity to the upper side of a pin receiving stand 4. When they direct their way for opening condition, the pin 2 goes up, first then the pin 3 goes up together. And, a ring-shaped packing 5 is provided on pin inserting holes 4'.

The present invention provides a safe operation system for equipment for supplying concrete, comprising: a plurality of pressure sensors spaced apart from each other along the lengthwise direction of a concrete supply pipe to sense the internal pressures of the supply pipe at the respective locations of the sensors; a memory unit, which stores normal operation pressure range information or normal operation pressure variation information at the respective locations of the sensors; and a control unit which compares the internal pressures sensed by the pressure sensors and the normal operation pressure range information stored in the memory unit after starting the operation of the concrete pump, which determines whether or not the interior of the concrete supply pipe is clogged, and which stops the operation of the concrete pump when one or more internal pressures sensed by the pressure sensors or a variation in one or more internal pressures exceed a normal operation pressure range or are lowered to a level below a normal operation pressure variation range. As the internal pressures or internal pressure variation of the concrete supply pipe are monitored on a real-time basis by the pressure sensors arranged on the concrete supply pipe, clogging or clogged points of the concrete supply pipe can be detected in a quick and accurate manner, and the clogging of the pipe can be estimated and examined in advance, thereby preventing or reducing the breakage of the pipe caused by a rise in pressure in the concrete supply pipe, and stably controlling air. In addition, the present invention enables the clogged concrete supply pipe to be replaced alone, thereby reducing repair costs.

The rotor distributor of the invention for viscous materials, especially concrete, has a stationary distributor plate (12) to which several supply lines (20) are flanged by their connectors (30) on the pump side. The rotary plate may be turned about the axis of the feed stub (14) in relation to the distributor plate (12), while the connector stub (28) may thus be connected as desired to the various supply line connectors (30). On the rotary plate (16), stop cams (32) are arranged at the angular distance between the supply line connectors (30) and can be rotated in the forward direction (38) of the rotary plate (16) past a pawl (36) located beneath the distributor plate (12) and, in the rearward direction, come against it with the connector stub (28) aligned with the appropriate supply line connector (30).

A pumping mechanism and the distributing valve thereof and a concrete pumping machine are disclosed. The distributing valve includes a valve casing (100) and a valve core (200) located in the pumping chamber of the valve casing. The valve casing has a discharge hole (103) throughout the casing wall, a first suction hole (101) and a second suction hole (102). The valve core has a distributing port (202) and a feed port (201) communicated with a material container. A pumping channel is formed between the peripheral face of the valve core and the inner wall face of the pumping chamber. The peripheral face of the valve core is provided with two cutting plates (210) protruding from two sides of the distributing port respectively. The outer side faces of the two cutting plates are rotatably sealedly matched with the sealing face of the valve casing. In a first state, the distributing port is communicated with the first suction hole through the space between the two cutting plates. In a second state, the distributing port is communicated with the second suction hole through the space between the two cutting plates. The distributing valve has a smaller matching area for cutting so as to ensure better sealing performance whilst have higher driving performance.
