PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt curve conveyor which facilitates removing of the belt by sequentially turning a guide wheel in an inner side of the belt by 90 degree with a lock handle operation.
SOLUTION: A lot of guide wheel units 50 holding the belt ends are disposed at the outer peripheral part of the belt, and half circular shape edge parts 38, 38 abutting to the guide wheels 52, 52 are formed at the front and back faces of the outer peripheral part of the belt. The guide wheel is elastically energized in the peripheral surface direction by a spacer rubber or a rubber bush 53 fitted into the shaft part, and the belt is tensioned by abutting the peripheral surface of the opposed guide wheel to the edge parts 38 formed on the front and back face near the outer periphery of the belt. While a lock part 60 is incorporated into a shaft part 48 at each holder center, and the lock hole 61 is formed on the outer surface of the shaft part, all of a third and forth guide wheels are separated from the inner surface of the belt to remove the belt by sequentially inserting the key part 63 of a lock handle into the respective lock parts 60 to turn by 90 degree.

The invention provides a curved belt support apparatus ( 300 ) that prevents a curved belt ( 200 ) from moving inward by supporting a thick part ( 220 ) of the curved belt that thickens in both vertical directions at the outer edge of the belt. An upper roller ( 370 ) is brought in contact with the upper inside surface ( 221 ) of the thick part ( 220 ), a lower guide roller ( 380 ) is brought in contact with the lower guide roller ( 380 ) is brought in contact with the lower inside surface ( 222 ) of the thick part ( 200 ), and the upper and lower guide rollers are elastically supported such that they can move up and down. When operated, the upper guide roller ( 370 ) and the lower guide roller ( 380 ) are moved diagonally upward and downward, respectively, in the direction of the radial inner edge of the curved belt so that the thick part ( 220 ) of the belt is released from the upper and lower guide rollers. |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wide belt carrier face by providing a curve guide device which travels a fan-shaped conveyer belt having an edge guide member into a fan shape with a plurality of rollers which are vertically raised/lowered and freely rotated and whose outer circumferential edge are fitted into a groove in the edge guide member of the belt.
SOLUTION: In a device which travelingly guides a conveyer belt 1 into a fan shape by holding the edge guide member between upper and rear sides, 2 by a curved guide device 14, the edge guide member 2 having a groove 20 in its top is attached to the whole circumference in the top face of the outer circumferential part 13 of the conveyer belt 1 and this edge guide member 2 is so provided as to bring its bottom face in contact with the surface of the conveyer belt 1. The curved guide device 14 is so attached to a frame 5 arranged along the outer circumference 13 as to rotate presser rollers 4 whose outer circumferential edges 21 can be fitted to the groove 20 and approach to/separate from the groove 20. The presser roller 4 is so supported as to freely raise/lower in the direction (x) perpendicular to the frame 5 and the rear face attaching the edge guide member 2 is supported by a support roller 6.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a process and dispense with accurate adjustment, particularly after-adjustment necessary after long-term operation by fixing a holding strip of a backup roller to a pressing lever turnable in relation to a driving drum, through a pin joint provided at the center part of the holding strip. SOLUTION: Pressure rollers (backup rollers) provided on both sides of a driving drum 5 are fixed to two arm-like pressing levers (9a, 9b, 10a, 10b) through holding strips 8a, 8b. Rotary shafts (pin joints) 15 are provided at the center parts of the holding strips 8a, 8b so as to make the holding strips 8a, 8b turnable in the same arm-type balance form around the rotary shafts 15. The power arms 10a, 10b of the pressing levers are arranged below the load arms 9a, 9b and connected by turning shafts. Feed spindles 12a, 12b are fitted to the power arms 10a, 10b, and tension is adjusted by adjusting nuts. Since balance of power is automatically adjusted by the rotary shafts 15, the pressing force of the pressure rollers is uniformed over the whole length. |

PURPOSE:To reduce trouble and secure the advantageous cost and prolong the service life of a flexible sheet by smoothly turning-over an article transported on a conveyor belt certainly at an arbitrary angle by turning-over a circular flexible sheet. CONSTITUTION:A circular flexible sheet 3 revolves around a longitudinal shaft 4 in the bent state from the upper surface of a semicircular supporting board 1 to a guide 2. Therefore, an article transported on a conveyor belt 5 is transferred onto the flexible sheet 3 from the edge part of the sheet 3 and direction- changed by 180 deg. by the turn of the flexible sheet 3, and transferred onto another conveyor belt 5, and advances. For the revolution of the flexible sheet 3, the upper surface of the supporting board 1 is made slidable, and the side close to the supporting board 1 of the guide 2 is constituted from bearings 2a. Therefore, the conveyor belt is made smooth, and the simple constitution is obtained, and he generation of trouble is reduced, and cost cut is achieved, and the flexible sheet is prevented from being applied with an excessive stress, and the life of the flexible sheet can be prolonged. |

PURPOSE:To lengthen the life of a belt and to prevent a trouble by providing a flexible sheet in such a manner as to rotate round the vertical shaft on the lower portion and an extension portion of a conveyer at the end portion of the belt conveyer. CONSTITUTION:At the end portion of a belt conveyer 5, support boards 1, 2 are provided on the lower portion and an extension portion, respectively, and a flexible sheet 3 is disposed on each of the boards in such a manner as to rotate round a vertical shaft 4. In this case, the flexible sheet 3 is constructed in such a manner as to rotate smoothly by adopting a slide system, a fluid film system, a rotor contact system or the like. In this arrangement, when a work is received on the flexible sheet 3 and turned to a position of a conveyer belt to take over the work, the sheet 3 turns and enters below the conveyer belt, so that the work is transferred onto the conveyer belt. In this arrangement, the life of a belt can be lengthened, and the constitution is simple to decrease a trouble. |
