81 Belt conveyor US834254 1977-09-14 US4179026A 1979-12-18 Jacobus de Vries
A belt conveyor comprising an endless conveyor belt driven by a drive and having an upper and a lower part, the conveyor belt being provided near at least one edge with a detaining assembly which engages a guide and which are locked by this guide against displacement in the direction away from the guide. According to the invention the detaining assembly is in engagement with guide discs which are rotatably supported adjacent the conveyor belt and which forms the guide, while the drive engages the detaining assembly and drive the conveyor belt through the detaining assembly.
82 Angular guidance for conveyor belt systems US47256374 1974-05-23 US3901379A 1975-08-26 BRUHM DIETER
The invention relates to angular guidance for conveyor belt systems, to the outer edge of which conveyor belt a longitudinal bead is attached which is guided between rollers. The axes of the rollers make an angle with one another in a manner that the bead is compressed to produce self-checking and a great amount of friction.
83 System for interconnecting continuously operating conveyor paths US26276472 1972-06-14 US3845853A 1974-11-05 WAHREN J
A group of incoming continuously operating conveyor belts in a first plane are connected to two or more continuously operating connecting loops. The loops are connected to outgoing continuously operating conveyor belts in separate planes. Each loop comprises a continuously operating conveyor belt having a helical section guided over opposite direction rollers and a portion extending downwardly from top to bottom of the helical section. Coupling means connect the loop selectively with the incoming and outgoing conveyor belts.
84 Conveyor turn US30132572 1972-10-27 US3838767A 1974-10-01 TAYLOR E
A conveyor turn including a belt shaped and mounted in a relation forming an upper active run which moves arcuately about a predetermined location, to advance workpieces along a correspondingly arcuate path and thereby change their direction of movement, and forming also a return run desirably spaced beneath and generally parallel to the active run. The belt is preferably driven by an endless drive element which engages a series of coacting parts on the periphery of the belt in driving relation.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapered pulley capable of properly operating a belt, while restraining the occurrence of friction even in a low temperature environment. SOLUTION: A rubber part 22 being an outer peripheral surface of the pulley 11 is divided into a plurality of areas A1, A2 and A3 in the axial direction. Hardness H -30°C in -30°C of the areas A1 and A3 is higher than hardness H -30°C in -30°C of the area A2. The areas A1 and A3 are formed of rubber of high abrasion resistance such as NBR. The area A2 is formed of rubber of high cold resistance such as SBR and BR. These high cold resistant rubbers are low in the hardness increase ratio when lowered to the low temperature (-30°C) from an ordinary temperature (23°C). COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

99 Curved conveyor comprising a guide that prevents radial movement of the belt JP2008554502 2007-02-08 JP2009525935A 2009-07-16
A curved conveyor comprises a toothed, endless belt and a slider bed that supports a portion of the belt. The slider bed can include at least one guide in the form of a rail extending along the slider bed in the direction of belt travel. Each of the belt teeth are discontinuous and have at least one gap sized to receive the at least one guide; thus, the at least one guide prevents inward radial migration of the belt during movement of the belt. The conveyor can further comprise a center guide wheel or a guide post to prevent belt radial migration.
