본 발명은, 제1본체, 제2본체, 제3본체 중 2개의 본체가 분쇄된 음식물쓰레기를 집중하는 동안, 나머지 1개의 본체는 분쇄된 음식물쓰레기의 집중을 중단한 채, 이미 집중된 음식물쓰레기를 탈수하고, 탈수된 음식물쓰레기는 수거용장치를 이용하여 음식물쓰레기전용수거용기에 수거한다. 따라서 공동주택 각 가정에서 분쇄된 음식물쓰레기가 한꺼번에 배출되더라도 이를 연달아 처리할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 현재 우리나라 음식물쓰레기처리에 있어서, 음식물쓰레기와 오수의 분리, 분리된 음식물쓰레기 청결과 이송문제, 음식물쓰레기의 자원재활용과 환경문제 등을 해결하기 위한 방법으로, 인력에 의한 것이나 그 효과와 경제성과 편리성은 다른 어느 것과 견줄 수 없다.

While two main bodies among a first main body, a second main body, and a third main body collect the pulverized food waste, the one remaining main body stops collecting the pulverized food waste and dries the already-collected food waste, wherein the dried food waste is collected into a food waste collection container using a collection device. Therefore, even if food waste pulverized in each household of apartment houses is discharged at once, the food waste may consecutively be disposed. In addition, the present invention is a food waste disposal method having convenience and sanitation of an American method using a food waste pulverizer, and considering situations in a sewage pipe system and a sewage treatment facility of Korea.

When the user operates a close button of the slot opening/closing unit after putting in the garbage and the slot opening/closing unit is closed, the garbage storage unit can transport the garbage to the other side surface of the garbage storage unit. Also, when the discharge port opening/closing unit is opened/closed in response to the control from the pick-up site control center, the garbage storage unit can rotate by a driving means which drives in response to control from a control unit so that the stored garbage can be discharged toward the transport pipe.
