With this arrangement, a piston 14 opposed to the outlet 12 of the reservoir can be led thereinto. A material for the reservoir 8 and a tank seal 30 is prepared by combining glass, tetrafluoroethylene, etc. Accordingly, even in the case where a susceptive medium is stored in the dispenser 1 over a long period of time, there will be no risk of deteriorating a substance.
