PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the hazard of contamination associated with the contact of plasma by eliminating chances to touch the plasma.
SOLUTION: A first stage of the subject method is to prepare a specified number of bundles of filled containers to be emptied. Subsequently, the containers undergo a rinsing process by the spraying of deionized hot water as well as an externally cleaning process by the spraying of deionized hot water. Then, the containers are moved to a step for drying the containers, to a step for cutting off one end thereof and to a step for holding the containers, where all the containers are arranged in the same number again as done at the start of the method and turned over by cleanly removing the masses of the plasma to be recovered.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination particles from generating when upper and bottom covers are attached/removed to/from a cassette by a method wherein a pair of arms with fingers are provided for upper and lower structures which vertically move in a station. SOLUTION: When covers 5, 8 are removed from a carried in cassette 1, when a lower structure 100L pushes the bottom cover 8 upward, arms 156, 158 tilt inward, and the fingers of the arms 156, 158 are engaged with the bottom cover 8. Then, the lower structure is lowered, and the bottom cover 8 is removed from the cassette 1. Then, arms 104, 106 of an upper structure 100U tilts inward, and the fingers 112, 114 are engaged with a tongue part 20 of the upper cover 5. Then, the arms are rocked to pull the fingers 112, 114 outward, and at the same time, the upper structure is raised to remove the upper cover from the cassette 1. When the covers 5, 8 are fitted on the cassette which is held at an appropriate place, the upper structure 100U is lowered, and the engagement between the fingers 112, 114 and the tongue part 20 is released, and after the upper cover 5 is fitted on the cassette 1, the bottom cover 8 is fitted by the lower structure. PURPOSE: To prevent oxidization from happening assuredly from the manufacturing stage to the actual installation stage of an electronic component by a method wherein a wiring circuit base of which the wiring circuit is exposed is seal-packaged by a packaging material which is formed of a gas barrier sheet and for which a storage area with a nonoxidizing atmosphere is provided. CONSTITUTION: Up and bottom two rectangular-shaped transparent thin sheets 11, 12 are bonded by thermal fusion bonding at the outer peripheral edges. For the material of the sheets 11, 12, a material with gas barrier properties for oxygen, etc., is used. At the inside of a bonded part 13, a storage section 14 which consists of a thin rectangular-shaped space formed between the sheets 11 and 12 is provided, and a rectangular-shaped wiring circuit base 20 is placed, and a wiring circuit 22 which is made of an oxidizable conductor metal such as copper, etc., is formed. For the wiring circuit 22, oxidization preventive treatment such as preflux or solder plating, etc., is not applied, and the conductor metal is being exposed. The inside of the storage section 14 is under vacuum condition or filled with an inert gas such as N 2 gas, and an atmosphere in which conductor metals are not oxidized, i.e., a non-oxidizing atmosphere is given. PURPOSE: To obtain food for feed by supplying packed food products into a specific crushing machine and crushing/cutting/filtering them so as to simply tear off the food products which can be utilized only as the feed of animals due to the running out of their storing period, etc., from the residual part of their package satisfactorily to a neglectable degree. CONSTITUTION: Tightly packaged food and solid-state food are roughly pre- crushed after tearing of their packages by a crushing double screws within a pre-crushing device 12. Next, they are made to pass through a board with an opening part 11 to be crushed by plural blade cutters 2 again and then thrown into a throw in hopper 9 with carrying blades from a feeding screw 4. Then high temperature steam is desirably made to pass through the crushed food and the food is sent to a filtering device 3 to consecutively crush between a filtering drum 5 and a pressing belt 6 to send food inside through the many opening parts of the drum 5 and to remove packaging material from the external wall of the drum 5 by an external scraper 7 to separate desired food. PURPOSE: To automatically cut and open a packaging material as well as automatically supply a number of opened blanks to a main magazine by providing a device for cutting and opening the packaging material, the main magazine which takes out a number of opened blanks one by one and supplies to the next process, and a robot which moves between a base and the main magazine. CONSTITUTION: A packaging material B of a package C on a base 1 is cut with a thin cutter pressed. After cutting, one of the faces of a package C' is sucked by a suction pad so that the packaging material is removed to open the package. Unpacked contents are temporarily stored in a main magazine F and taken out one by one to be sent to the next process, while the package is assembled in a rectangular parallelepiped and sent to a mandrel wheel E of a packaging machine D where the bottom of a blank A' assembled in a rectangular parallelepiped is shaped. A robot 18 which takes out a number of blanks A only which have been unpacked runs along a guide lever 19 provided between the base 1 and two main magazines F, F. PURPOSE:To accurately feed electronic parts to a chip mounter by forming an empty chamber, having an opening at the side facing to a holding tape, in a tape support member supporting the holding tape at an opening position, and evaculating this empty chamber. CONSTITUTION:An empty chamber 12A whose upper part is opened if formed in a tape support member 12 beneath an opening position 13. This empty chamber 12A is designed so as to be evaculated by a pipe 12B connected to one end of the chamber. When a tape 9 has been fed onto the tape support member 12, the empty chamber 12A is evaculated so that the tape 9 is attracted to a top surface of the tape support member 12 by vacuum force, closely contacted with it, whereby any gap between them is brought to nothing, thus vertical vibrations of the tape 9 in the opening position 13 is prevented from occurring. Consequently, chip electronic parts 19 are accurately attracted by vacuum force to a vacuum suction nozzle 5 of a chip mounter without dancing.

PURPOSE:To convey a pallet at a high speed further perform its accurate positioning, by driving a running unit, which conveys the pallet, and a moving unit, which performs positioning of the pallet, respectively by a separate feed screw. CONSTITUTION:A running unit 20, conveying a pallet 48, is driven running by rotating the first feed screw 14 driven through a timing belt 22 by a reversible motor 21 fixed to the end part of a lifting table 6. Next, a connection device 24 of the running unit 20 separates the pallet 48, and a moving unit 33, moving through rotation of the second feed screw 28 by driving a motor 35, performs positioning of the pallet 48 so that a parts row in the left end of the pallet 48 corresponds to the bottom position of a holding device 64. Thereafter, the holding device, vertically moved by a pneumatic cylinder 62, supplies parts on an assembly line. The pallet 48, if it is emptied, is returned to a rack by the running unit 20, and the next pallet 48 is brought out by lowering the lifting table 6.
