264 Image recording apparatus, and image recording method JP2013005187 2013-01-16 JP2014136343A 2014-07-28 IMAMURA ATSUSHI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording method capable of recording an image by discharging a photocurable liquid from a recording head to a continuous medium configured by connecting multiple media with a connection member, preventing a part in which the connection member is disposed and the recording head from being contacted to each other, and preventing an uncured image from being left as it is, in a technique that the image is cured by a light irradiation.SOLUTION: An image recording method detects that a connection member reaches a detection position on the upstream side in a conveying route relative to a recording unit. The image recording method suspends a recording operation after the detection time, and stops a conveyance of a continuous medium at a conveyance stop time after conveying the continuous medium until a liquid discharged onto the continuous medium at the time of suspending of recording is cured at least. When there is a liquid imparted to an area of the continuous medium located in a position opposed to the recording head in the conveying route at the detection time, a second distance which is a distance from the detection position along the conveying route to the recording head is longer than a first distance which is a conveying distance when conveying the continuous medium until the liquid is cured by at least a light irradiation part.

277 Strip form thermal paper charging feeder for thermal printer JP4459985 1985-03-08 JPS61205165A 1986-09-11 KASHIBA TADAO
PURPOSE:To make the setting of labels easier by a method in which a guide frame of both-handle type, provided to the feeding path of labels, is rotationally opened by a lever and a link mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A lever 34 is counterclockwise turned against a spring 37, and the couplement between a pin 35 and a coupler 30 is released. Guide frames 14 and 15 are upwardly opened rotationally by the pulling force of the spring 27, and a feeding path 4 is opened. Under the condition, labels 2 are set on the feeding path 4 and advanced to between a thermal head 29 and a platen 33, and the guide frames 14 and 15 are turned by pushing them from above manually. Thereby, the guide frames 14 and 15 are closed against the pulling force of the spring 27. In this case, the pin 35 of the operating lever 34 comes into contact with the slope 30a of the coupler 30, whereby the coupling of the pin 35 and the coupler 30 is made possible. The closed setting of the guide frames 14 and 15 is completed.

PURPOSE:To ensure that a page on which printing is to be started is always set on the face side, by a method wherein the folding direction at a perforation of a paper when folding the paper is detected, and page feeding is conducted by a printing-controlling means in accordance with an electrical detection signal. CONSTITUTION:A detecting mechanism for the folding direction of a perforation detects the condition of a continuous paper 3, and the number of perforations between a perforation located on the upper side of a printing mechanism part 1 and a perforation located on the lower side of the mechanism 4 is calculated on the basis of the number of lines on one page of the paper 3 which number is set in a controller. When the number of perforations thus calculated is an odd number and the paper is in the condition on the front side A, printing is started directly in this condition, and when the paper is in the condition on the rear side B, printing is started after feeding one page. When the number of perforations is an even number, the operations for the conditions A, B are reversed.
