100 | Endless belt, and its manufacturing method | JP2006029021 | 2006-02-06 | JP2007203722A | 2007-08-16 | IKEDA KAZUAKI |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt which consists of three or more layers, for which a layer using a material having a thermal decomposition temperature lower than the film forming temperatures of an outermost layer and a lowermost layer is provided between the outermost layer and the lowermost layer, which has a large surface resistivity, an excellent toner-releasing property and non-staining property, and a stable volume resistance value or the like, raises no bleeding problem of contaminant, and has an excellent bonding force between a surface layer and an elastic layer, and to provide its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for this endless belt has an arranging procedure and an expanding-pressing procedure. In this case, the arranging procedure presents a state that the outermost layer is fixed and held in a rigid body, and an intermediate layer and the lowermost layer are arranged in this order while facing each other. In addition, the intermediate layer using the material having the lower thermal decomposition temperature is formed on either one of the internal side of the outermost layer or the external side of the innermost layer. In the expanding-pressing procedure, the endless belt consisting of three or more layers is formed by pressing the layers from the internal side of the lowermost layer in the direction to the outermost layer. The endless belt is provided which is manufactured by the method, especially, the endless belt for image forming devices.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
