A thread is formed on the outer surface of the pipe.

A piston pump(20) is used as the tapping oil supplying element. The piston pump(20) is driven and discharged the tapping oil to the nozzle(50) through the tapping oil supplying element by pressing the tapping oil if a foot switch(60) is operated. A control valve(40) is provided between the motor pump(20) and the nozzle(50) in order to control a discharging amount of the tapping oil.
