By the previously mentioned structure of the present invention, the nozzle for easily peeling the outer skin of vegetables, especially the spring onion regardless of the size of the spring onion rotates from left to right for improving durability by reducing the capacity of a compressor, the number of nozzles is reduced to reduce the manufacturing costs, and work convenience is increased to offer effects of improving the productivity and the income of farmhouses.
