A wiring pattern (330) including a first wiring (331) corresponding to the first electrode (130) and a second wiring (332ad, 332bc, and 332e) corresponding to the second electrode (150) is formed on the vibrating plate (200), the first electrode (130) and the first wiring (331) are connected to each other through a first laminated conducting portion (150g), and the second electrode (150) and the second wiring (332ad, 332bc, and 332e) are connected to each other through a second laminated conducting portion (172, 272).
