SOLUTION: The conductive passage A is manufactured by pressing a terminal fitting 30 and a bus bar 40 overlapped by a dice 70 toward a direction intersecting with its plate face, and joining them while deforming so that a recess part B is formed on the surface side. When the overlapped terminal fittings 30 and the bus bar 40 are pressed by the dice 70 and made to be deformed so that the recess part B is formed, the surface of the terminal fittings 30 and that of the bus bar 40 become metallurgically joined while being deformed in the pressed joining areas 33a, 43a.
