PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a whistle to be always carried around with a flashlight to prevent forgetting carrying the whistle by providing the flashlight with the whistle in such a way that it is either detachable from or integrated with the flashlight. SOLUTION: A light cap 4 is mounted on the front of the main body 2 of a flashlight, and a whistle 5 that serves also as a battery holding cap to hold a battery 3 is detachably mounted on the rear end of the main body. A cord for carrying around is attached to a ring 9. When the threaded part 61 of the cap portion 6 of the whistle 5 is fitted into the threaded part 21 of the main body 2, a spring 8 mounted on the cap portion 6 pushes the battery 3 forward, and an elastic O-ring 7 mounted on the cap portion 6 is pressed by the O-ring holding part 22 of the main body 2 and elastically deformed so that the whistle 5 is attached to the rear end of the main body 2. |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle capable of enhancing hygiene when using a whistle.SOLUTION: A buckle includes a male member 10 having a male side base part 11 where a pair of leg parts 12 is extended and a female member 20 having a female side base part 21 where a pair of tubular parts 22 is extended, wherein the pair of leg parts 12 is detachably/attachably inserted into the pair of tubular parts 22. The female member 20 includes a whistle member 30 which has a turning center line parallel to a width direction being a parallel arrangement direction of the pair of tubular parts 22 and is supported turnably between the pair of tubular parts 22 by the female member 20. A blowing port 34 of the whistle member 30 switches between a storage state where it is stored between the pair of tubular parts 22 and a protrusion state where it is protruded outside from between the pair of tubular parts 22 by the turn of the whistle member 30. |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whistle, the interior of which can be cleaned and the side plate of which can be easily attached and detached.
SOLUTION: The whistle 1 is provided with a resonance chamber 21 and an air supply pipe 26 inside, and a sound emitting opening 22 and an air supply opening 25 opened. The whistle includes: a body 11 whose one side is opened, and which is formed of a hard resin; and the side plate 12, which closes the side opening part and which is formed of the hard resin. A resonance chamber wall 21a constituting a resonance chamber 21 of the body 11 is partially cut out to provide a resonance chamber wall opening part 21b, and a circular-arc first flange 31 is provided in a portion of the side plate 12 corresponding to the resonance chamber 21. A recessed part 32 is provided in the first flange 31, and a projecting part 28 is provided on a first flange receiver 27. In mounting the side plate 12, the resonance chamber 21 is enlarged or reduced by the resonance chamber wall opening part 21b to press in the first flange 31. The projecting part 28 and the recessed part 32 are locked to prevent the side plate 12 from falling out.
