The invention relates to an elastic hinge of the spectacle frame and a manufacturing method thereof. The elastic hinge at least comprises an axle that is in turn sleeved by a locating block, an elastic means and a lirait stop. The elastic force of the elastic hinge between the spectacle frame can be opened and closed easily with respect to the spectacle leg and the locating block ensures the stability of the movement above. The manufacturing method thereof at least includes the steps as follow: fabricating the basic form of the axle from metallic sheet material; pursing up the rear end of the axle into a cylinder with an appropriate diameter; processing the foreside of the axle to obtain a hole of the hinge. The surface of the processed axle has no vestige of the die stamping and has a high fineness. And the surface of the axle after processing has a homogeneous density of the metallic molecule and has no stress concentration, which adds the rigidity of the axle and insures the stability. The length of the axle can be controlled as desired.

The most practical production of this innovation is shown in pictures 11 and 12. The connective element (1) is pushed into the housing (54) executed in the temple (5), and then in the housing (111) at the open end of the connective element (1) we mount the spring (2) that is not tensioned, and then the screw (15) that goes through the spring (2). Both the screw (15) and the spring (2) are sized in such a way that they can move axially in the housing (111) of the connective element (1). The screw (15) goes through the narrowed part (12) of the housing (111), and at the same time the spring cannot go through the narrowed part (12). The screw (15) is screwed into the temple (5) with screwdriver passing through the housing (111) and it compresses the spring (2) by its head until it reaches closing delimiter. The connective element (1) mounted into the temple (5) in mis way, is then placed in the housing (4) of the frontal ending (6). The screw (61) is pushed through the hole (62), which goes through the hole (11) of the connective element (1).
127 MINIATURIZED ELASTIC HINGE, IN PARTICULAR FOR EYEGLASSES US13797178 2013-03-12 US20130201438A1 2013-08-08 Michela GASPARETTO
An elastic miniaturized hinge used in eyeglasses. 134 SPRINGE HINGE BETWEEN A BOW AND A BOW CHEEK OF A PAIR OF SPECTACLES US12451858 2009-04-29 US20100101049A1 2010-04-29 Harald Buchegger
A spring hinge between a bow (2) and a bow cheek (1) of a pair of spectacles is described, having a cheek-side hinge part (3), which forms a bearing fork (6), having a bow-side hinge part (4), which is mounted so it is rotatable in the bearing fork (6) by a hinge axis (5), and having a U-shaped sliding part (9), which supports the bow-side hinge part (4), and which is guided so it is displaceable in a recess (10) of a bow-side housing (11) in the bow longitudinal direction and receives a coiled spring (15) between its two legs (14), which is supported on one side on a web (16), which connects the two legs (14) of the U-shaped sliding part (9), and on the other side on a buttress (17), which engages through a through opening (19), which runs coaxially to the coiled spring (15), in the bow-side hinge part (4) in a nut thread (18) of the housing (11), which is coaxial to the coiled spring (15). In order to allow a largely concealed hinge configuration, it is proposed that the cheek-side hinge part (4) forms an insert, which is inserted into a laterally closed receptacle pocket (7) of the bow cheek (1), and the bow cheek (1) having the insert exposes a passage for the buttress (17), which is coaxial to the coiled spring (15), in the angled bow position.
