PURPOSE: An elastic device is provided to conveniently process and insert, to save a material, to improve an external appearance and to simply improve an assembly work by inserting the elastic device after combining both hinges on the assembly work. CONSTITUTION: A hinge(12) on a glass frame side is combined and is connected in a square inserting hole(3) formed on a body(2) of a leg(1). A drawing out cam(15) is equalized to the inserting hole(3) by rotating the entire body and is only pushed to enter the inserting hole. In rotating the hinge(11) on a leg side, the drawing out cam(15) is not rotated by being hung on the inserting hole while the hinge on the leg side is only rotated. Accordingly, the drawing out cam is equalized to the square shape of the leg. In pushing the elastic device in the inserting hole, the drawing out cam is given pressure of a spring(16). When the cam reaches a hanging hole, it rotates by itself. A projection part(17) is equalized to a recessed groove(14) while the hinge on the leg side is contacted with the drawing out cam. The combination of the elastic device with the body is completed and the drawing out cam is not displaced by being hung on the hanging hole.
