원료를 용해하여 생성된 용탕을 유지하는 허스와, 용탕을 장입하는 주형과, 주형 하방에 설치되며 냉각 고화한 잉곳을 하방으로 인발하는 인발 지그와, 잉곳을 냉각하는 냉각 부재와, 이들을 대기로부터 이격시키는 외통으로 구성된 금속 용제용 용해로이며, 외통 내에 1기 이상의 주형 및 인발 지그가 설치되고, 냉각 부재는, 상기 외통과 상기 잉곳 사이 또는, 복수의 잉곳의 사이에 설치되어 있다. |

| A mold flux melting pot is provided to prevent erosion of the melting pot due to oxides generated during melting of a mold flux, and uniformly supply molten mold flux into a mold to produce a slab with uniform quality in the width direction. As a melting pot(100) for melting a mold flux supplied into a mold during continuous casting, a mold flux melting pot is characterized in that the melting pot includes a crucible(110) in which a space for housing the mold flux is formed, and which has a heating unit formed on a periphery thereof, a pair of discharge pipes(120) in which a flow path is formed to supply a mold flux melted in the crucible into the mold, and stoppers(130) for opening or closing the discharge pipes to control the discharge quantity of molten mold flux, and the melting pot is made from Pt or Pt alloy. The stoppers are lifted or lowered by a pair of stopper housings(114) symmetrically formed on an upper portion of the crucible. The crucible has an injection port(112) formed in an upper central portion of the crucible to inject a mold flux in a solid state into the crucible. The crucible has a horizontal rib(142) horizontally formed on an outer periphery thereof, vertical ribs(144) vertically formed on the outer periphery thereof, and a forge welded rib(152) formed on an outer face of a crucible bottom part underneath the injection port. | ||||||
