Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung 1 zur Erzeugung unterschiedlicher Fördermengen mit verschiedenen Arbeitsdrücken in wenigstens einer Kolbenanordnung 2, insbesondere einer Gleichgang- oder Differentialanordnung, von Hydraulikzylindern, hydraulischen Schwenkantrieben oder Hydraulikmotoren, mit einer ersten motorgetriebenen Druckpumpe 3 zur Erzeugung eines ersten Arbeitsdruckes PN und einer zweiten, mit der ersten Druckpumpe 3 gleichlaufend motorgetriebenen Druckpumpe 4 zur Erzeugung eines zweiten Arbeitsdruckes PH, der höher ist als der erste Arbeitsdruck PN, sowie einer hydraulischen Umschalteinrichtung 5 zur Umschaltung von einen Hochdruck-/Niederdruckzustand mit kombinierten Arbeitsdrücken PN + PH mit einem gemeinsamen Volumenstrom in einem Hochdruckzustand mit einem Arbeitsdruck PH bei Druckerhöhung in der Kolbenanordnung 2, wobei die Umschalteinrichtung 5 als Umlaufventil ausgebildet ist, das eine erste und wenigstens eine zweite, gemeinsam in einem gemeinsamen Ventilblock 10 angeordnete Ventileinrichtung 8, 9 mit jeweils einem in einem zugeordneten Ventilsitz gelagerten Ventilelement VB und VA umfasst, wobei die beiden Ventilelemente VA, VB zur synchronen Bewegung über ein Verbindungselement 14 bewegungsgekoppelt und durch eine Feder 13 gemeinsam in einer Grundstellung vorgespannt sind, in welcher der erste Ventilsitz 11 geschlossen und der zweite Ventilsitz 12 geöffnet ist und wobei die erste Druckpumpe 3 über den zweiten geöffneten Ventilsitz 12 und die zweite Druckpumpe 4 unmittelbar mit der Kolbenanordnung 2 druckverbunden ist und bei Druckerhöhung in der Kolbenanordnung 2 infolge einer Erhöhung des Druckes auf der Ausgangsseite 15 des zweiten Ventilsitzes 12 dieser gegen die Kraft der Feder geschlossen und der erste Ventilsitz 12 geöffnet wird. Der Volumenstrom aus der ersten Druckpumpe wird dadurch auf drucklosen Umlauf geschaltet. |
