When the rotary slide valve 15 is turned by the rotary engine 16, the surface A2 is pressed, the hammering piston 25 is driven to a lower section, and pressure removing openings 28 formed on both sides of the piston ring 28 are opened, and the hammering piston 25 is returned to an upper place, and the hammering piston 25 is reciprocated.

In order to prevent the occurrence of suction in the bottom section of the bored hole, the shank 30a of the drill 30 has a hole 3 having a check valve 38 arranged in the hole 36. The valve 38 is opened toward the bottom of the bored hole. The drill 30 is used for making pumping motions for feeding air into the bored hole through the inner casing pipe 11 and the air is used for supporting the transportation of the then excavated material.

In this manner, through a drawing effect of the annular chain bar 35, a high pressure peak generated in the inner portion of the collection inner hole 23 is diminished, so that the seal 34 is prevented from being broken or spring out, and a quantity of supply of a collection material can be added to by raising its static pressure.
