PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring device in which the closure of auger is assuredly prevented and soil can be unloaded at a higher speed with small power by a better method.
SOLUTION: The boring device builds a tubular embedded pile. A tube 3 and a spiral vane 1 of the inner auger are introduced into the ground at the same time. The surface 2 of the spiral vane has protruding parts so that a roughness is larger than that of an ordinary rolling plate. When the roughness of the surface 2 of the spiral vane is increased, the contact surface of the soil and the spiral vane 1 is decreased in the clay type soil. As a result, the adhesion of the soil and the surface 2 of the spiral vane is extremely lower than a case of a smooth surface of the spiral vane, and the stickiness or adhesion of the soil to the surface 2 of the spiral vane is low, so that the clogging of the auger can be prevented and the soil can be continuously fed or unloaded.

A hydraulic piston cylinder unit 8 is disposed at the frame 5 so as to reciprocate a movable body 9 on a straight line. A plural pairs of guide bolts 10 in the movable body 9 are used to guide rod parts 15 of a boring rod, and another rod part 14 is connected to a rod part 14 held to the movable body 9. A connecting head 19 is disposed at one end of each rod 14, and its engaging protruding part is engaged with cutouts 24, 25 provided at horizontal walls 16, 17. The bore hole 2 can thereby be excavated by pressing a boring end 13 into soil through the rod consisting of a plurality of rod parts 14. |
