The multiple supports are combined with the external blades after being extended to a radial direction from either the inner shaft or the outer shaft in order to support the external blades. The outlet of a solidifier is formed on one side of the internal blades and is connected to a solidifier path(130) formed inside the double excavating shaft for the solidifier to be discharged.
