21 High temperature steaming device US35046373 1973-04-12 US3901053A 1975-08-26 MEISEN KLAUS; ALDERS KURT; TEETZ WOLFGANG; SCHIFFER GUNTER
A high temperature steaming device for steaming webs of textile material with tubular steam distributors which are arranged in the lower section of a steaming chamber and which supply superheated steam to the interior of the steaming chamber. These steam distributors, which have discharge bores arranged in the longitudinal direction thereof and adjacent to each other, are formed by pipes adapted to receive steam which is superheated by being passed along heating coils directly within the steaming chamber.

24 Method and apparatus for controlling vapor supply into housing of vapor treatment apparatus JP14144388 1988-06-08 JPS646163A 1989-01-10 ANDOREASU BIHIZERU
PURPOSE: To provide the subject device for controlling the temperature in a steam housing by arranging a temperature sensor in a duct tube extended from the bottom part of the steam housing to downward and opened up one end thereof, and comparing a temperature measured by the above sensor with an objective temperature for actuating a controlling device for a steam supply. CONSTITUTION: This method for controlling a steam supply into a steam housing 1 of a steam-treating device is provided by introducing a woven fabric 2 into the inside of the housing 1 through an entrance channel 9, performing a steam treatment while guiding the fabric in a zig zag state through upper and lower guiding rollers 10, 11, then sending out the fabric to the outside through a water sealing device 13, where the steam is supplied from plural steam dividing tubes 14 from a steam supplying pipe 15 equipped with a steam- controlling valve 16 controlled and actuated by a controlling device 17 for elevating the temperature and keeping the temperature in the housing 1 through a manifold 20. At the bottom of the housing 1, a temperature sensor 4 is arranged in a duct tube 3 extended to downward and opened up the one end thereof to the outside, and by actuating and controlling the above controlling device 17 by comparing a measured temperature by the sensor 4 with an objective temperature, an optimum steam filling degree and a constant temperature maintenance in the housing are performed.

31 Method and apparatus for pre-treatment of non continuous textiles US15111950 2015-01-16 US10094066B2 2018-10-09 Johnny J Kent
A method and apparatus for treating textiles and textile materials prior to dyeing said textiles or textile materials includes the steps of loading a textile substrate into a vessel and saturating the textile substrate therein with pre-treatment chemicals are described. The impregnated textile substrate and excess process solution are transferred into a hydraulic press having a flexible bladder. The press squeezes the textile substrate uniformly to remove the excess solution which is captured and recycled for reuse. The squeezed, impregnated textile substrate is stored in airtight containers to allow dyesite formation. The textile substrate is then neutralized, washed, and dried and as thus pre-treated can be dyed in an ecologically sustainable, energy-efficient, and economical process. The method and apparatus ensure uniform moisture pick-up and distribution of the chemical(s) throughout the textile substrate.
32 APPARATUS FOR STRETCHING ACRYLIC FIBERS IN A PRESSURIZED STEAM ENVIRONMENT AND AUTOMATIC FIBER DRAWING-IN DEVICE FOR SAID APPARATUS US14893330 2014-05-20 US20160102421A1 2016-04-14 Marco ROVELLINI
A stretching apparatus of fibre tows in a pressurized steam environment includes an elongated stretching chamber having a generally rectangular section of a low height, within which the tows are treated with saturated or overheated steam at high temperature and pressure and simultaneously undergo a mechanical stretching operation. The stretching chamber has a width sufficient to house multiple tows mutually flanked in a running plane and is formed within a stretching chest made of aluminum. The stretching chest is housed in a supporting structure, having a higher structural rigidity than the stretching chest, which includes a plurality of contact elements apt to determine a predefined position of the stretching chest with respect to a direction perpendicular to the tow running plane and to allow a limited mobility of the stretching chest in the other two mutually perpendicular directions which lie in the plane, length and width respectively.
33 APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR REGENERATION OF AROMATHERAPY TEXTILE PRODUCTS US14627083 2015-02-20 US20150233035A1 2015-08-20 Katherine Annett-Hitchcock; Andre J. West
Apparatuses and methods for regeneration of aromatherapy textile products are disclosed. According to an aspect, an apparatus includes an outer bag defining an interior and comprising a mouth that opens to the interior. Further, the apparatus includes an inner bag positioned within the interior of the outer bag and comprising a mouth that is attached to the mouth of the outer bag, the inner bag being infusible with an extract. Prior to use, the inner bag may be infused with one or more herbal extracts and a textile product may be placed in the interior of the inner bag. Subsequently, the mouth of the outer bag may be sealed or otherwise closed. Further, the apparatus with the textile product inside may be heated by tumbling in a hot dryer.
