6 Thread feeding method, warp thread feeding method, thread feeder and weaving method US12736531 2009-04-16 US08381773B2 2013-02-26 JinSoo Sho; SunHo Sho
Disclosed is a thread feeding method (the method) for feeding threads to a weaver. The method includes a step of feeding a multiplicity of strands of yarns with intervals to each line of the thread feed lines, while some strands of the multiplicity of strands of yarns are being separated from the other strands according to color or shade to be expressed at spots where they are either woven or knitted and are then fed to the weaver such that the colors or shades of the separated strands are combined to express target colors or shades at the spots where the strands are woven or knitted. The method of the present invention allows changing of colors or black and white shades of the threads being fed to the weaver. The method also allows the strands to be combined with other strands of yarns with different colors to express tens or hundreds of colors on a fabric.

8 Apparatus for dividing warps with leases US887437 1978-03-16 US4164805A 1979-08-21 Alois Altenweger
An apparatus for dividing warps by means of leases, which is of the type having divider elements for the momentary edge warp end or thread and a feeder for the divided or separated threads for feeding such threads to tying elements. The divider elements separate the edge warp thread from the warp sheet in that the divider or separator elements, together with lease cords defining the lease following the separation of a thread, change their position relative to the warp sheet in such a manner that all threads following the edge warp thread are displaced away therefrom and the feeder only then moves through the complete path needed for the infeed of the separated thread to the tying elements when in fact a thread has been separated. Means ensure that the divider elements only then change their position relative to the warp sheet when the feeder has moved theough its complete path.
9 Warp rearrangement method and device EP02251911.0 2002-03-18 EP1273687A3 2004-01-14 Araki, H., Industrial Res. Inst. of Niigata Pref.; Hasegawa, N., Ind. Res. Inst. of Niigata Pref.; Shirakawa, M., Ind. Res. Inst. of Niigata Pref.; Ueno, Hiroyoshi

A warp rearrangement device includes a multi-layer thread tension mechanism (20) that holds a plurality of warp sheets (12,13), from different warp beams (10,11), together at a warp-beam side holding position (21) and separate (25,26) at the thread tip side of the warp sheets so that the sheets are supported in a radial configuration centered on the warp-beam side holding position (21). A thread separation mechanism (30) separates warp threads (14) one at a time from optionally selected ones of the warp sheets (12,13). A thread end transport mechanism (40) catches the thread end of each separated warp thread and a thread-end holding portion (40a) transports the caught warp threads to a leasing mechanism (50) that leases the warp threads. Transportation is three-dimensional, centered on the warp-beam-side holding position (21), without changing thread length between the warp-beam-side holding position (21) and the thread-end holding portion (40a). A thread end fixing mechanism (60) fixes the thread end of leased warp threads.

12 Full automatic leasing machine for a warp beam containing warps of different colors US233195 1981-02-10 US4438553A 1984-03-27 Shoichi Hamada
An automatic leasing machine for a warp beam on which a warp delivered from the warp beam is grouped into separate warp sheets of different colors, and warps from a warp sheet in turn are subsequently separated from the sheet, passed through a gap between a pair of warp leasing cords which alternate positions once per one warp passing, and fixed by means of bonding tapes. The foregoing operation is repeated cyclically in a fully automatic fashion for all warps in the warp sheet in accordance with a given stripe design of the yarn dyed fancy fabric to be woven.
13 Apparatus for dividing warps with leases US887439 1978-03-16 US4152815A 1979-05-08 Alois Altenweger
An apparatus for dividing warp threads or ends by means of leases, comprising a first divider element or first divider means for separating a momentary edge thread from a sheet of warp threads or warp. The first divider element in conjunction with lease means, for instance constituted by lease cords, after separating a thread, changing its position relative to the sheet of warp threads in such a manner that all warp threads following the edge warp thread are displaced away therefrom. There is provided a second divider or separator element which is only capable of engaging a thread separated by the first divider element, possibly even a thread of a thread pair separated by the first divider element. The first divider element changes its position in a predetermined manner relative to the sheet of warp threads in dependency upon a programming device containing a program carrier.
