121 Weaving rotor of loom in which warp openings are arranged in series JP14400593 1993-06-15 JPH0673642A 1994-03-15 PAURU RINKE
PURPOSE: To provide the weaving rotor of a loom in which warp yarns are arranged in series and capable of using a standard type jet nozzle in finely weaving. CONSTITUTION: A jet nozzle 16 is arranged outside a reed row and the thickness and the like of the reed 13 and the jet nozzle 16 are not limited. As the distance between the jet hole 24 of the jet nozzle 16 and the shaft center of a rotor is larger than that between the lower opening 15 and the shaft center of the rotor, the jet hole 24 is kept at a position corresponding to the opening 20. Thus, the jet nozzle 16 obliquely blows compressed air into a warp yarn passage 6 without disturbing the insertion of weft yarns.

PURPOSE: To prevent interference of warp on a weaving rotor, to avert an erroneous laying-in and to enable the weaving of a relatively dense textile by forming a shed of the warp in cooperation with the weaving rotor having plural fin parts and gap parts and laying-in members. CONSTITUTION: In the series-shed type loom, the gap parts of the weaving rotor 1 plurally provided with comb parts which are composed of the fin parts 12 and the gap parts in a direction intersecting the rotation direction shown by the arrow 9 are formed as the low points 5 of the warp. Saddle parts 13a, 13b between a beater nose part 14 and a holder nose part 15 of the fin parts 12 are formed as the high points 4 of the warp. In accordance with the rotation of the weaving rotor 1, the warp 3 in the gap parts is moved across the holder nose part 15 via the laying-in members 2 and the shed of the warp is formed. The weft is inserted into the shed of the warp, is beaten by a beating bar 8 and the weaving is performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air jet loom, wherein a compressed air system is driven at a low pressure and weft is inserted at a high speed. SOLUTION: The weft is sent out from a weft bobbin at a nearly constant speed by a delivery roller set in a thread feeder, advanced in the same thread feeder by compressed air and inserted with an air nozzle. 130 Yarn-guiding member JP2002216001 2002-07-25 JP2003055857A 2003-02-26 KRUMEICH JORG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an improved yarn-guiding member in which friction between a guided yarn and a yarn-guiding member is decreased to the minimum, and thus the abrasion of the yarn-guiding member caused by the friction is substantially prevented, further the operational life is widely extended, and production can be carried out economically with high precision on a large scale. SOLUTION: The yarn-guiding member for guiding yarn is produced by forming a surface coating (5) having a structure of a matrix for taking-in a lubricant and/or a sliding agent at least in a region where a yarn (8) is guided on the surface of its main body (3).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for weft insertion in a loom, intended to improve operating efficiency without causing any overload or weft breakage during weft insertion process through producing a yarn slack outside a weft distributor so as to keep the end of a weft to be inserted into the distributor tensilized. SOLUTION: This method for weft insertion in a continuous shed loom equipped with a feed nozzle 11 and a weft distributor 3 and designed to continuously feed wefts 1 by the aid of jet stream and continuously insert them through a shed, has such a scheme that, prior to completion of the insertion process, the direction of the jet stream is reversed to produce a yarn slack outside the weft distributor 3 so as to keep the end of a weft 1 to be inserted into the distributor 3 tensilized; wherein a nozzle device 12 is set up between the feed nozzle 11 and the weft distributor 3 within the weft path, helping advance a weft 1 under insertion process to produce a yarn slack in the front step of the nozzle device 12 within the weft path just after completing the insertion process.

138 Warp series-shed weaving machine JP22841494 1994-09-22 JPH07150444A 1995-06-13 AROISU SHIYUTAINAA
PURPOSE: To provide a warp series-shed weaving machine which allows the arrangement to an arbitrary installation space. CONSTITUTION: The warp series-shed weaving machine is arranged within a first frame 5 and has a warp beam 1 which forms sub-assemblies in respective cases, a weaving rotor 2, a warp feed mechanism 3 and a cloth feed mechanism 4. The warp feed mechanism 3 and the cloth feed mechanism 4 are respectively selectively mountable at either of the upper side and lower side of plane 27 formed by the respective revolving shafts 25 and 26 of the warp beam 1 and the weaving rotor 2. The plane 27 is a reference plane to determined the relative positions of the mechanisms 3 and 4. As a result, the change of a warp module may be executed in accordance with the prescribed method independently from the constitution of the warp beam 1 and the cloth beam 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
139 Device for distributing weft for loom arranging warp shed in series JP10025494 1994-05-13 JPH0748758A 1995-02-21 MARUSERU KURISUTO
PURPOSE: To smooth the transfer of weft by lessening the generation of friction caused by a contact sealing surface. CONSTITUTION: First part 7 rotates with a rotor 2 and has transfer ducts 11 for supplying the weft. Second part 8 is fixed in relation to the rotor 2 and has a connecting pipe 10 for supplying the weft. Three supporting units 30 are disposed between the first and second parts 7, 8, operate as a three-point support to form a gap 9, and the first part 7 and the second part 8 are kept apart. As a result, the friction between the first part 7 and the second part 8 is effectively lessened and simultaneously the transfer and the distribution of the weft is improved.
