PURPOSE: To absorb well the large tension fluctuations of yarns by providing two kinds of countersprings for a dancing lever and friction-feeding the yarns by a feed roll in proportion to the tension of the yarns. CONSTITUTION: As the tension of a warp increases, a dancing lever 3 is turned counterclockwise stretching a spring 6 until the tension of the warp A is balanced by springs 5 and 6. As the tension of the warp A increases further, the friction between the warp A and the surface of a feed roll 12 increases so that more yarn is fed positively in proportion to the tension of the warp A, then the tension of the warp A after the feed roll 12 decreases as the circumferential velocity of the feed roll 12 is higher than the warp taking-up velocity. The spring 6 is not strained when the warp tension is low, then the friction between the warp A and the feed roll decreases and the feed roll 12 starts to race so that the tension of the warp A increases gradually. Der Textilmaschine zur Herstellung von Schläuchen wird eine Füll- und Dosiereinrichtung zugeordnet, mit deren Hilfe unmittelbar bei der Schlauchherstellung ins Innere der Textilstruktur das Füllgut eingebracht wird. Hierzu ist ein trichterartiger Einfüllstutzen vorgesehen der mit seinem Auslauf im Führungsrohr der Schlauchherstellungsmaschine mündet. Die Förderung und Dosierung des Schüttgutes erfolgt in Abhängigkeit der Abzugsgeschwindigkeit des Textilschlauches und des Durchmessers desselben. Hierzu ist der trichterförmige Einfüllstutzen mit einem Füllstandssensor ausgerüstet, der den Füllstand reguliert und die Arbeitsweise der Fördereinrichtung steuert. |
